Welcome to AirOnPrice. By accessing our website or utilizing our call center services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

AirOnPrice acts as an independent travel agency. We are not an airline. We provide booking, change, and cancellation assistance for a fee. All tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective carrier.

2. Agent Assisted Fees

Service fees for agent-assisted bookings and changes are non-refundable. These fees are separate from any airline-imposed penalties. By providing your payment information, you authorize these charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. "Risk-Free" 24-hour cancellations are subject to specific airline policies. Refunds, if eligible, may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear.

4. User Responsibilities

It is the traveler's responsibility to verify all itinerary details (Names, Dates, Cities) immediately upon receipt. AirOnPrice is not liable for errors not reported within 4 hours of booking.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
